Elkan Environmental Engineering was founded in 2010 in the Peace Region of Alberta. Elkan is a consulting company providing environmental and waste engineering services in Western Canada. Areas of specialty focus on contaminated site work: site assessment, pathway exclusions, guideline modifications, remediation, monitoring, reclamation, as well as remote sewage effluent design.

Elkan Environmental Engineering strives for detail and excellence by using inventive approaches, having a perspective of recycle and re-use, and adhering to the client's vision.  We now have field offices in various locations in Western Canada, allowing us to be more cost-effective and responsive.  We strive to offer experienced consultants not just for project management and reporting, but also for field work.  We believe that quality field work is crucial, since the data often revolves around what was collected and measured in the field. The team is comprised of engineers, agrologists, and biologists, and most are licenced in both Alberta and BC
